Heidi Klum Launches Lidl Fashion Line Ahead of American Debut

Those who are fortunate enough to check out one of the nine Lidl stores when the German discount chain opens its doors on June 15 will have an extra surprise when they walk through the doors. Lidl announced on Monday that their stores across Europe and the U.S. will be the exclusive home to Heidi Klum’s new fashion collection, bringing what is considered a carefully constructed, high-end feel, to the masses at a very low price.

“Lidl is known for making quality products at affordable prices and I’m proud to partner with them on this fashion collaboration,” Klum said upon Lidl’s announcement. “I had so much fun designing the pieces in this collection and can’t wait for you to see it. I hope you love it as much as I do!”

Chief Commercial Officer for Lidl USA, Boudewijn Tiktak, also expressed enthusiasm around bringing what he calls a “collection that truly reflects her experience as a trendsetter,” to the United States. “At Lidl, we believe high quality fashion should be attainable for everyone and we look forward to sharing this collection with our customers later this year.”
