After making a stop at Munich’s Oktoberfest, Arnold Schwarzenegger and his bodyguard posse were pulled over by a police officer for illegally riding their bikes on the train station platform last Friday.
Schwarzenegger’s excuse for breaking the rule was that he was having trouble walking, and offered to apologize and take a picture with the officer. The plan was a success and the actor was allowed to walk off as the officer took pride in his new photo.
Why he felt riding a bike in the station was easier that walking? We shall never know. But the lesson to be had is that famous people can get out of trouble by taking a selfie with the police.
