Have you been bitten by the acting bug recently?  If so, you may be able to use your German heritage to your advantage in an upcoming Colca-Cola commercial, and if you can sing, you get a bonus opportunity.  This Tuesday and Wednesday evening, Cathi Carlton Casting will be holding auditions in Santa Monica, CA, or through Skype if you are out of the LA area.

For this Nationally airing commercial, Coca-Cola is looking for “real German extended families”, as well as a 11-14 year old girl who is able to sing “America the Beautiful” in German.  We don’t see a lot of these opportunities crop up for the German-American community, so if you are interested, continue reading to see what you need to do.

To audition, send a photo and any information about your German family to [email protected]om as soon as possible.  If you can’t make it to Santa Monica, indicate that in the email and an audition over Skype can be arranged.  You can also call Kelley West from Cathi Carlton Casting at 310-581-3010 with any additional questions about what is required.

As for compensation, Principal roles will be paid $627.50 per day of shooting, plus residuals.  Extras will be paid at a rate of $342.40 per day.
