The wait is almost over… the Chicago Hofbräuhaus is ready to open their doors after breaking ground back in November 2011. This Monday, January 21, Hofbräuhaus Chicago will launch with a soft opening from 9pm until midnight where you can be one of the first to visit the much-anticipated location.
Die Saitenspringer, a three-piece German party band from the Alps, will have the beer hall hopping Monday evening and going forward there will be live entertainment every evening followed with a DJ on Fridays and Saturdays after midnight. Yes, they plan on staying open late.
Bavarian beer, with over 400 years of tradition, is micro brewed right on site using the original recipes. There will be the premium Lager for those that like hops, the original Dunkel, a Light calorie-friendly brew, Hefe Weizen, a favorite among beer drinkers, and on occasion a seasonal brew.
So come out to Rosemont, which is right outside the city, and sit with your friends as you enjoy the food and a stein of delicious brew, stand on the benches or dance in the aisles, and be the first in your group to get spanked by the lovely “Jägermeister girl.”
Hofbräuhaus Chicago already has some exciting events in the pipeline. On Sunday, February 3rd, you can enjoy the Superbowl action on big screen TV’s with your friends or pour on some love on valentine’s day as you enjoy a specially prepared dinner for two. Space is limited so make reservations by calling 847-671 BREW (2739).
