Berlin’s world-famous Vogler Quartet will be kicking off a tour through the US starting in Washington DC on March 19 at the Kennedy Center. A concert with them alone would be something to see in itself but they decided to team up with two other German icons, singer Ute Lemper and pianist/clarinetist/composer Stefan Malzew. This 7 US city tour will present a musical portrait of the cultural diversity of 1920’s Europe with a unique blend of classical music and elements of jazz and tango.
