Conan and Flula Are Taking on Berlin

By Stephen Fuchs on Email @StephenWFuchs

Last night Conan O’Brien announced on that he is taking his TBS show overseas to for a special set of shows in Berlin, and he is not going at it alone as the popular German comedian Flula will be along for the ride.

Conan in Berlin will air all next week, and with Flula by his side, there will definitely be some memorable moments. During the announcement, Flula gave Conan a mini breakdown of Germany and even showed off his mad schuhplattler skills. Seriously, check it out!

Taking the show on the road isn’t new for Conan. When he was on NBC’s Late Night, Conan took on Germany back in 1997, but since running his own gig at TBS, he has done international segments in Armenia, Qatar, South Korea and Cuba. Berlin seems to be an odd choice when looking at the previous choices, yet there is surely plenty of material to work with in Germany.

While I used to be an avid viewer of his show, I am ready to return for next weeks event. Bring it on!
