Einhorn condoms, a recent Berlin-startup company promising to make the worlds first fair and sustainable condoms, has been hit with a bit of a legal problem after claiming their condoms would result in multiple orgasms.

Rival company, Fair Squared, decided to challenge Einhorn’s slogan that humorously promised three orgasms per condom (one for the man and two for the woman), arguing that people may take the tagline to mean that the condom was reusable.

The German court investigating the claim agreed, and has ordered that the condom maker remove the slogan from all further packaging until the court holds a full hearing on the real effects of the product.

On Tuesday, Einhorn tried to get the court to overturn its injunction, claiming that the slogan was meant as an obvious joke that was expected to be taken literally by the consumer, but the request was turned down.

A full decision will be announced on November 26.
