When the trendy new 25hours Bikini Hotel opened up in Berlin recently, the reviews were great, but a design flaw with the hotel’s Monkey Bar Restaurant has people talking about the hotel for a whole other reason. Floor-to-ceiling windows were put in through the entire restaurant to offer great views of the surroundings, but a little oversight resulted in the bathrooms having their toilets put right next to those giant windows, giving those on the street a view of their own.

While the Monkey Bar is located on the top floor, the hotel is only 10 stories high, making it very easy for passerby’s to get a sneak peek into the occupied bathrooms. Photos began hitting various social networks showing guests in the midst of relieving themselves, including one of a women that went viral.

Realizing that redesigning the whole restaurant would be a costly procedure, the hotel decided to leave it as-is and just offer a warning to customers as they go into the bathroom. Playing off of the fact that the Berlin Zoo is visible from the large picture windows, the warning to customers states: “Please be careful, not only the monkeys are watching.”
