Berlin’s often forgotten Kulturpark, which was once a rare opportunity for fun and entertainment in the Soviet controlled East Berlin, and later renamed Spreepark once the country was reunified, has been left abandoned for more than a decade.  While nature hasn’t been kind to this strange piece of German history, the amusement park has been put up for sale on eBay and could be yours for only 1.62 million euros ($2.2 million).

The park, as it stands right now, will have you feeling as if you have walked onto the set of a horror film, and that might just be enough to draw someone in.  Interested buyers that want to turn the piece of land into something drastically different may be out of luck though.  One of the stipulations to buying the deserted park is that it must remain as a recreational or amusement park until 2061.
