Miss German America

Every year the German-American Committee of Greater New York crowns a new Miss German-America to represent and promote the German culture in the US and acts as the Queen of the Steuben Parade in New York City.  Last years Miss German-America, Kirsten Mueller of “Original Enzian”, will be giving the crown to her successor on May 19 at the Bierhaus NYC and tickets are available for the festivities where the audience will play a part in voting for the 2013 winner.

For $60, attendees will be treated to the great tastes of the Bierhaus NYC food, unlimited beer and soda, and live entertainment from 1-4pm.  A reduced ticket price of $25 is available for attendees 21 and under.  Tickets are on sale now, so head on over to the order page to grab them before they’re gone.

If your interested in running for Miss German-America or want to be a part of her court, there is still time to get your application in to the German-American Committee of Greater New York.  Just download and complete the application (for Queen and Princess, or for Junior Princesses and Junior General) with all contact information.
