Don’t Let The Packaging Fool You. Lapp & Fao Packs Their Gourmet Chocolates In Book Form

By Stephen Fuchs on Email @StephenWFuchs

Lapp & Fao takes their food creations seriously and takes pride in their use of only the finest gourmet ingredients that originate from unique sources found throughout the world.  Most of the creations sold by this German company look too good to eat, but if you do decide to release these culinary pleasures to meet with your taste buds, you can be assured that there is no artificial flavoring, coloring, or preservatives.

Linvard Bo Lapp has traveled the world with his partner Ephraim Fao to discover new tastes and delicacies unique to various cultures.  Their thoughts and tasty experiences were recorded in their diaries at the end of the day to later be incorporated into unique food creations.

With their line of chocolate creations, the adventurous flavors were not enough for Lapp & Fao.  Chocolates flavored with ginger or pineapple, Blue Mountain coffee, candied olives, or chili and cherries come packaged in a form that is almost just as strange.  Each chocolate bar is housed in a book that is meant to resemble the diaries the two men used on their travels.  In a way, each bar is like being given a special, yet delicious souvenir from the two travelers.
