An Inside Look at Hamburg’s Coffee-Making Academy

If you were to guess what the most popular beverage in Germany is, beer is probably the first thing that comes to mind.  While that is the perception most people have, coffee is actually the number one drink in Germany.  Deutsche Welle ran a video piece on the Coffee-Making Academy in Hamburg which trains baristas how to make the perfect coffee drinks for restaurants and café customers.  There is a lot that goes into the perfect cup, including the mastering of equipment and presentation.  Check out the video below.
