Germany’s 8th best selling brewery, Paulaner, is going to be opening up its first flagship beer hall in the United States just in time for Oktoberfest. The Paulaner Brauhaus and Restaurant will be located in the Bowery neighborhood in Manhattan. Once completed, it will join the 17 other Paulaner locations thought the world, including ones in Germany, China, and Russia.

The 4,000 square foot location will surely be a hit and should be able to accommodate plenty of Oktoberfest customers this fall. Do you think it will take away business from the other popular German beer halls in the surrounding area? Let us know in the comments.
