Experience A Piece of Germany at Chicago’s Navy Pier

By Stephen Fuchs on Email @StephenWFuchs

Chicago’s Navy Pier has been featuring the cultures of many different countries with their “Neighborhoods of the World” and they’ve saved the best for last. The final day is going to be everything German on Sunday April 15 from 12-5pm.  Germania on the Pier, which is what is being called, will feature all the German food, drink, music and dance you can handle. Plus various merchants will also be selling a wide selection of German products.

Chicago has a rich German history and there are many great restaurants and organizations taking part in the festivities to make it as authentic as possible. This is your chance to immerse yourself in the culture without leaving the country.
