New Music: Week of August 9

By Stephen Fuchs on Email @StephenWFuchs

Every week we are going to try to highlight the new German or German-American music being released in the US.  Some of the albums may not be the original release date seen in Germany since the US schedules are often delayed.  iTunes links are provided with each album and if you like what you hear, please support the German bands and musicians so that they keep releasing their music in the states.  You can also financially support German Pulse when you download any of the music featured by using our provided link.  It’s a small amount but it helps.

Haddaway

While these aren’t exactly new releases, they seem to be new to the US iTunes Store.  Haddaway, born in Trinidad but raised in Cologne, Germany, is best known for his 1993 hit “What is Love.”  His later releases never reached the same popularity, but they are all available below.
